I Built ShellCo To Do Things Properly
I started in construction at 18, working as a labourer and learning the trades the traditional way — hands-on, day after day. Over time, I gained experience in every part of the shell stage, from groundworks to roofing.
As I moved through the industry, I noticed a recurring issue: too many companies tried to offer everything, but struggled to maintain consistency where it mattered most — structure, quality, and reliability.
That’s what led me to create ShellCo.
We specialise in the structural shell of a building — the part that everything else depends on. It’s what we do best, and we take pride in doing it properly, with fixed pricing, clear phases, and the option to stop at shell or build further.
