Can ShellCo deliver the complete structural shell?
Yes. Depending on the drawings and agreed scope, ShellCo can coordinate the build from groundworks and foundations through masonry, roofing, windows and doors to a weather-resistant shell.
Can you take on one stage rather than the whole shell?
Yes. Groundworks, masonry, roofing, external works and other defined packages can be reviewed separately.
Do you only work in Stevenage and Hertfordshire?
No. Stevenage and Hertfordshire are the core search and service area, but suitable projects are considered roughly 100 miles away and farther where the scope, programme and cost make travel practical.
What should I send for an initial quote?
Send the site postcode, drawings or photographs, the stages you want ShellCo to deliver and your intended start date. The clearer the brief, the more useful the first response can be.
