Type 1 stone compacted, levels set, DPM or radon barrier installed. -
2. Beam Layout & Block Infill
Precast concrete beams installed and blocked in with aerated or dense infill. -
3. Ventilation & Void Check
Ventilation sleeves installed, voids checked, and barriers sealed. -
4. Concrete Oversite Pour
Concrete poured over insulation layer if specified, ready for floor finishes.
